You can choose! Sessions are available both online (via Zoom) and in person (based on location and availability).
Do I need to prepare anything before the session?
Just come with an open heart. You’ll receive a short form beforehand to reflect on what’s feeling out of tune in your life. A calm space and headphones (for online sessions) are recommended.
Will I receive anything after the session?
Yes! You’ll get a personalized audio recording of the session, online PDF guides to deepen your journey, and access to our private Facebook community.
How long is the session?
Sessions typically last around 2 hours, including integration time and next steps.
